Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Surbiton
Project: Warehouse Refurbishment
Project Value: Approx. -750,000
Duration: 12 Weeks (with potential for further works)

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment project in Surbiton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, with the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 12-week programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Managing subcontractors and site personnel
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects (ideally industrial/warehouse)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
• Ability to manage tight programmes and deliver under pressure
• Good knowledge of H&S regulations and site procedures
