Finance Analyst We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Financial Operations and Transformation team. This is a broad, high-impact role supporting financial reporting, data integrity and automation across Bregal''s fund structures. You will work closely with Fund Finance, FPandA, Portfolio Intelligence and Data Analytics teams to deliver accurate, timely and scalable management reporting, while driving process improvements and reporting automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver management reporting packs across fund structures.Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial data.Investigate and resolve reporting or system data issues.Support data cleansing, reconciliations and reporting validation.Contribute to reporting automation and process transformation initiatives.Partner with Business and Data teams to enhance systems and reporting outputs.Support fund and deal setup from a reporting perspective.Maintain clear documentation of reporting logic and processes. Skills and Experience Part-qualified / newly qualified accountant with private equity fund knowledge.Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with Power BI (Tableau advantageous).Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments.Exposure to fund administrators and systems (e.g. Investran) is a plus.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
