Job Role: Manufacturing ManagerLocation: NottinghamSalary: 50,000 per annumMetalis are currently working with a manufacturer in Nottingham, who are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their team.Job Duties:Responsible for all manufacturing and the manufacturing team (3 direct and 40+ indirect reports)Work closely with the MD and the wider management team to develop and implement strategiesSupport and drive continuous improvement activitiesCreate and meet daily, weekly and monthly production plansProvide coaching, support and training to the manufacturing teamIdentify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasksFocus on customer needs and satisfactionSupport customer visits and actively promote the business both internally and externallyProvide and deliver clear and concise reporting to relevant stakeholders of manufacturing progress Job Requirements:Manufacturing Manager experienceDigital Printing/Engraving backgroundKeen eye for data analysis and production planningHigh volume, low value product experienceKnowledge of Manufacturing IT systems Salary and Shift: 50,000 per annumMonday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pmIf this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV!
