Working alongside the wider Development teams and other support functions, you will take a strategic role to ensure design is progressed and technical issues are adequately resolved or mitigated in line with our development programme. You''ll support the development of a coordinated and innovative standard of design and procurement across our new-build and acquisition portfolio and ultimately support Clarion''s strategy in building new homes and successful communities as well as increasing the level of new technology and innovation used in delivering our portfolio of homes.
