The role drives continuous improvement across the organisation by developing and embedding performance management frameworks, coordinating service improvement events, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality data and analysis.About the RoleTo be considered for this role, you will have a proven track record of managing teams to meet deadlines, as well as experience influencing senior managers. You will be adept at evaluating reports and procedures to identify improvements, writing high-quality reports, and using analytical tools such as Excel or Power BI to analyse complex data sets. Experience in designing and applying performance management frameworks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, is essential.You must possess a strong knowledge of statistical techniques, data quality principles, and relevant legislation such as GDPR. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex
