Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- Identify non-routine defects and faults either in the workshop or during vehicle road tests.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Offer technical advice and support to workshop apprentices
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service to all colleagues and workshop customers

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or franchise environment
- A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A Current and Valid UK Driving License
- Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this role is up to £41,000 basic with OTE of £46,000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00 with 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00 - 13:00, paid at overtime rate.
