Sales Support Administrator

Location: High Wycombe (HP10)

Salary: Circa £25,000

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, core hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Work Location: Office-based during probation, hybrid working available afterwards (2 days WFH, with Wednesday & Thursday as mandatory office days)

Sales Support Administrator Role:

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the sales team with essential administrative and client service tasks, ensuring a smooth process from enquiry through to order completion. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving queries, and maintaining excellent relationships.

Sales Support Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders, contracts, and customer information accurately.
  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly approach.

  • Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring data accuracy.
