The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

A supportive SEN school in Hackney is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. As a SEN TA, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting their academic progress and emotional development.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning, implement EHCP targets, and help manage behaviour in a calm and structured way. You will play a key role in helping students build confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.
