Key Responsibilities Undertaking and/or supporting evaluations, particularly randomised controlled trials, quasi-experimental designs, and process evaluations. Acting as the main point of contact for evaluator panels to support delivery of high-quality research design. Commissioning evaluations of funded projects, including managing contracts and budgets. Monitoring and supporting research teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, as well as collaborating closely with the programs team. Ensuring published reports are of high quality and effectively communicate findings. What We''re Looking For Experience with randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental designs, and innovative evaluation methods beyond randomised controlled trials. Recent experience in a relevant role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. Confidence delivering and understanding of research methodology. Excellent project management skills.
