Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join a reputable construction company based in Bromley by Bow, London. This role involves undertaking 2nd Fix carpentry tasks, including fitting skirting, architraves, and other internal finishing works. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and client specifications. You will need to work efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong work ethic to meet project deadlines.

• Experience in 2nd Fix carpentry, particularly skirting and internal finishing.
• Own full tool kit, including Dust Extraction equipment.
• Relevant UK CSCS card or equivalent.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of building safety regulations and health & safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
