Job Title: Business Development Manager (Health Tourism Management Consultancy)

1. Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, managing relationships with international patients seeking healthcare abroad, and developing strategic partnerships with overseas clinics, hospitals, and service providers. The role requires a strong understanding of health tourism dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through marketing and sales strategies.

2. Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform the following duties, which may be updated from time to time in line with the needs of the business:
a. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
* Attract and manage international clients seeking health tourism consultancy services.
* Provide clients with information on available treatment options abroad, including costs, travel arrangements, and aftercare support.
* Ensure a high-quality client journey from initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
b. Partnership Development
* Identify, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with international healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
* Ensure partner institutions meet company standards of service quality and reliability.
* Develop packages and service agreements with overseas providers.
c. Sales and Marketing Strategy
* Design and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the health tourism sector.
* Manage digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach to international markets.
* Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
d. Business Development and Growth
* Develop new business opportunities in line with the company’s consultancy model.
* Prepare sales forecasts, financial projections, and growth reports for management.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
e. Operational Coordination
* Oversee end-to-end consultancy processes, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and translation services for clients.
* Ensure compliance with UK legal and ethical requirements in health tourism consultancy.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of client services.

3. Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in health, travel, or consultancy sectors).
* Strong understanding of international healthcare and health tourism markets.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
* Fluency in English and Turkish; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.

4. Reporting Line
The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Company Director.

5. Salary and Conditions
* Annual salary: £55,200 (to meet Skilled Worker threshold under SOC 3556).
* Full-time, permanent employment. Monday to Friday; 9:am to 5:30 pm
* Location: UK office with occasional international travel.
