Leading and motivating the UK Field Sales team to deliver revenue growth.Driving national sales strategy through forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.Managing strategic NHS and distributor relationships, including bids, tenders, and frameworks.Identifying new market opportunities and shaping commercial success across acute and community healthcare.Qualifications
A strong track record in medical device sales across both hospital and community settings.Experience developing new sectors and driving commercial expansion.The ability to influence at senior NHS level while leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams.What we offer
