As a Leveraged Loans Transaction Management Specialist within the Credit Products Delivery team, you will serve as a middle office transaction-management partner for clients of the Commercial and Investment Bank. Your role will involve providing expertise in the negotiation and review of credit facility documentation and managing end-to-end transactions for leveraged loan products. You will work closely with JP Morgan''s client coverage teams, Risk partners, internal and external legal counsel, and agent banks.
