We are recruiting for companies who are looking to employ our IT support Traineeship graduates to keep up with their growth. You will not need any previous experience as full training will be provided, and there is a job guarantee upon completion.Whether you are working full time, part time or unemployed, this package has the flexibility to be completed at a pace that suits you. The traineeship is broken down into 3 steps and can be finished in as little as 3 months.

Step 1 – Online Training: Complete professional, accredited IT Support courses by CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco. Training is delivered via multimedia video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through a home study portal. An expert tutor will assist you during training.

Step 2 – Practical Training: Gain hands-on experience with our Livelabs to develop practical IT skills.

Step 3 – Official Exams: Sit the CompTIA A+ exams to achieve globally recognised certifications.

Upon completion, you will be ready to start work in an entry level IT role. Through partnerships across the UK, we aim to place you in an IT Technician/Desktop Support/First Line Support role in your local area. A starting salary of £20-30k is typical.We guarantee you will be offered a job upon completion or we will refund 100% of your course fees. The cost is listed as a one-off £799, or a deposit of £112 followed by 10 monthly instalments of £78 (interest-free).Read through the information?
