Pertemps are currently recruiting for a highly presentable and experienced Receptionist to join our client’s front-of-house team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service who thrives in a professional, welcoming environment.


Duties Include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  
  
• Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  
  
• Managing reception emails and general correspondence
  
  
• Booking meeting rooms and assisting with diary management
  
  
• Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  
  
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area at all times
