Chilworth Partnership are partnering with a high growth Financial Services business on a newly created vacancy. We are seeking a technical expert to perform the role of Head of Financial Reporting, with responsibility for statutory accounting and Group consolidation, regulatory reporting and risk management. Head of Financial Reporting: Responsibilities Lead the preparation of annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital requirements.Assess and monitor the firm s own funds, liquid assets, and risk exposures, ensuring the firm meets regulatory capital and liquidity thresholds.Prepare and maintain ICARA documentation, including risk assessments, recovery planning, and wind down analysis.Liaise with compliance and risk teams to ensure alignment between financial management and prudential risk management frameworks. Head of Financial Reporting: Requirement Full qualification ACA or ACCA. In depth statutory accounting and financial governance experience. Extensive Financial Services industry experience. Knowledge of ICARA documentation. Strong stakeholder management track record.
