to join a high-performing Critical Engineering Team in Kings Cross. In this role, you will take ownership of electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services across a critical environment. As an Electrical Shift Leader, you will:Oversee and coordinate

HV electrical maintenance

during your shift.Lead and support a team of engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations.Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.Deliver both

planned

and

reactive

maintenance to minimise downtime.Act as the lead contact in emergency situations, ensuring risks are managed effectively.Mentor, train, and upskill technicians to keep the team aligned with industry best practice.Produce accurate shift reports, records, and performance updates.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.What We’re Looking ForHV Authorised Person (experienced with HV systems).City and Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent).17th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (18th Edition training provided if required).Proven experience in a
