Monitor and analyse stock performance, including date-sensitive items, stock loss, and HUB credits; escalate issues and implement improvements to reduce waste and optimise availability. Lead and develop the stock control team, setting clear objectives, managing performance, and fostering an engaging, safe, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values and KPIs.
