Due to business demands, my client is recruiting for an experienced Program Manager to join their existing team. The Role: To take ownership of the deployment of a program ( or project), from all operational aspects. Work with account management and the wider operational team to deliver successful operational execution. In so doing, provide leadership, guidance, and a clear vision to the operational team to deliver successful operational execution. Work with the Head of Client Operations to identify improvement plans to advance the efficiency of RTC''s program execution Mentor other team members , guiding and influencing positive outcomes. Identify objectives and opportunities for growth for the operational assoc
