Overview

This position is based full-time at the brand’s London headquarters and reports directly to the Order Entry Coordinator. The role is part of the wider supply chain operations function and works closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Production, and Supply Chain.The RoleAccurately input customer orders into the internal ERP system, ensuring correct pricing, allocation, and delivery detailsMaintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance across all order entry processesCollect and process seasonal reorders to support timely stock replenishmentLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are metMonitor incoming shipments from production to ensure stock is available as neededIdentify and report any inventory discrepancies or misalignmentsManage inventory transfers between IPO and ICO locations to ensure correct stock allocationParticipate in continuous improvement projects and support optimisation of tools and workflows related to order managementRequirements

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of dataProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (AS400 experience is a plus)Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsAbility to prioritise tasks, solve problems independently, and meet deadlinesProactive and adaptable approach; a team player with a solution-oriented mindsetFluency in both English and Italian, written and spokenDemonstrates a professional attitude aligned with high standards of service and operational excellenceNote : If your application is successful, you will be contacted by us in due course.
