An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing MEP contractor delivering technically complex building services projects across the UK.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality Revit MEP models while developing their coordination skills across Stage 5 projects. Whether you''re already working for an MEP contractor or currently within a building services consultancy, this role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your experience while remaining hands-on with modelling.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will work closely with BIM Managers, Design Managers and project teams, supporting the delivery of coordinated building services models while benefiting from structured mentoring and clear progression towards a future BIM Manager position.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you''ll be involved in:

• Producing coordinated Revit MEP models across a range of building services projects
• Supporting project delivery through Stage 5 design and construction
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within multidisciplinary BIM models
• Resolving clashes and coordinating design changes throughout project delivery
• Working closely with Design Managers, engineers and site teams
• Producing accurate construction information and technical drawings
• Maintaining BIM standards and model quality across live projects
• Supporting the continued development of BIM processes and project delivery

This Revit MEP Coordinator position offers an excellent opportunity to develop contractor-side Stage 5 experience while remaining actively involved in BIM modelling.

What They''re Looking For

• Experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or Revit MEP Technician
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Experience delivering building services projects within a consultancy or contractor environment
• Good understanding of BIM coordination processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
• Passion for developing technical BIM and coordination skills

Experience within an MEP contractor is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from a pure building services consultancy background are encouraged to apply, with full support provided to develop Stage 5 contractor experience.

Junior Revit MEP Coordinators with the right attitude and technical ability may also be considered at an appropriate salary level.
