Job Title: Multi-drop Driver Location: 2 Ballyharry Business Park, Donaghadee Road, Newtownards Reporting to: Operations Director Team: Operations Job Purpose: To maintain a first class delivery and collection service to customers throughout the UK and Ireland. Key responsibilities and main tasks: Deliver merchandise to customer premises in an efficient, safe and courteous manner. Unload deliveries and load any collections on to lorry. Provide excellent customer service. Collect COD''s and issue invoices to customers. Obtain customer''s signature on paperwork Log delivery problems in detail and contact Logistics/Sales with any queries if necessary. Process return merchandise. Follow all safety procedures including a visual vehicle checklist. Ensure vehicle is maintained and carry out any general housekeeping duties.This job description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted periodically after review and consultation. Criteria - NOTE THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE GOING OUT TO GB ON SUNDAY DAY OR EVENING AND AVERAGES BETWEEN 45-55 HOURS PER WEEK. THE WEEKLY RATE OF PAY INCLUDES ALL ALLOWANCES ETC FOR BEING AWAY FROM HOME.
