Support Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We''re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the South of Tyne and Wear area. Position: S11299 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, South of Tyne and Wear. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) Salary: Circa £27,400 per annum Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Contract: This is a fixed term contract for 9 months.
