The Role:

• Leading and developing the Business Studies department
• Teaching Business Studies across KS4 and KS5
• Driving progress, attainment and curriculum development
• Supporting and developing teaching and learning within the department

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5
• Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
• Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be committed to inclusive education and raising aspirations
