Internal Account Manager role based in Chepstow Excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry level customer centric candidate Internal Account Manager Newport (office based) NOT REMOTE The Role of Internal Account Manager This is an office based / internal inbound account manager role. Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30pm 5.00pm. As internal account manager you will work as part of a dynamic, friendly team. The role will involve handling mostly inbound calls from existing customers that will include fabricators, contractors and manufacturing companies. You will manage between 50 and 80 customers maintaining existing relationships (over the phone and by email). These customers are small to medium size businesses through to corporate customers. You will process orders, up sell, offer best in class customer service.
