Operations Manager A full-time Operations Manager position is available. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in all areas of window cleaning, with at least two years in a similar role and be in current employment or self-employment in the field. Applicants should be organised, possess good problem-solving skills, demonstrate a high attention to standards and quality. Strong organisational abilities and effective communication with staff and clients are required.Role Responsibilities:The Operations Manager position covers all daily tasks needed for the efficient running of the business including window cleaning and all other services as required.The manager will need to become familiar with all aspects of the round management software, including: Preparing daily work sheets and planners, as well as managing staff and allocating resources as needed. Ensuring all staff are scheduled appropriately and vehicles are equipped at the start of each day. Completing all end-of-day and weekly administrative tasks. Repairing and maintaining equipment used for window cleaning and related services, including ordering of replacement stock. Providing operational training to staff regarding Health and Safety policies and ensuring that all relevant documentation and legislation are followed.
