You will be stepping in to handle core commercial responsibilities, ensuring the smooth administrative and financial running of key project packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Administration: Manage variations, valuations, cost reporting, and necessary documentation with absolute precision.

• Subcontractor Management: Act as the main point of contact for subbies, assessing progress on-site and certifying payments.

• Day-to-Day QS Duties: Support the Senior Commercial team with daily ad-hoc tasks, cost control, and financial forecasting.

• An Eye for Detail: You spot the discrepancies others miss. Accuracy in data, contracts, and measurements is your priority.

• Proven Track Record: A CV demonstrating reliable, successful stints in previous QS roles (freelance or permanent).

• Experience: Prior experience working with a main contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred) handling package management and commercial admin.

• Availability: Ready to hit the ground running with an immediate start.

• Location: Ability to commute daily to White City, London.
