You will also focus on commercial management, taking responsibility for contract management, cost control, procurement, and reporting.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:Cost Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for architectural metalwork projects from tender to completion.Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring value for money.Contract Management: Oversee the administration of contracts, including assessing contractual obligations, risks, and financial performance.Valuation and Payment Applications: Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and payment applications in line with contractual terms.Change Management: Manage project variations and change orders, ensuring all additional costs are captured and reported.Risk Management: Identify commercial risks and opportunities to mitigate losses and maximize profits.Project Reporting: Prepare regular cost and value reports, providing clear visibility of project profitability.Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.Compliance and Quality
