Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to students with diverse SEN needs.
• Differentiate teaching methods to ensure accessibility and progress for all learners.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and achievement.
• Monitor student progress, adapting strategies to meet individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and parents to provide holistic support.
• Inspire students to develop problem-solving skills and a love for Maths.

Qualifications andamp; Skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Experience teaching students with SEN (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning needs).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
