The role is within the Strategic Development Team and will be predominantly focused on dealing with the discharge of conditions and obligations associated with large scale strategic and major planning applications along with amendments through s96a and s73 of the Town and Country Planning Act. This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to gain experience of major projects and for the right candidate there may be the opportunity to progress to being the case officer for major applications in their own right.Purpose of JobThis Job Description is generic.
