Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by delivering a friendly, positive experience, managing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, whether in person or over the phone. Room to Room Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers rooms of choice, handling each item with care. Documentation Accuracy: Complete all necessary paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and efficiently aligning with customer, company and regulatory requirements. Health and Safety Commitment: Take responsibility for your safety and the safety or others, conducting dynamic risk assessments, following safe work practices and adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
