We are seeking a Senior Planner to provide a professional programming service for pre-contract and key projects across the UK. This is a dual site and office-based role. The successful candidate will spend the first 12 months based on a major project in Sussex, before transitioning London to manage a national portfolio. Key Responsibilities Tender Support: Create construction schedules and methodologies to support the estimating team and present proposals at settlement meetings. Live Project Management: Update schedules based on site feedback and conduct Critical Path Analysis to provide accurate stakeholder reporting.
