Global MD of Digital and Ecommerce Recruitment Business - Blu Digital (UK and USA). The client is hiring a Senior Digital Manager to lead the evolution of their global digital experience. You’ll drive digital performance across eCommerce, CRM and optimisation, with full ownership of the customer journey and commercial outcomes.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a cross-functional team covering frontend dev, CRM, trading and analytics. You’ll set the strategy, shape the roadmap, and turn insights into action across all key digital channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, data and trading teams to improve conversion, retention and customer satisfaction, while delivering clear commercial value. You’ll also play a key role in testing and optimisation, and be the go-to for turning behavioural data into decisions.Location: Leeds / West Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom.Responsibilities
