You ll be in the discussions early, shaping decisions, identifying risks, and helping teams get things right first time. What you ll be doing Working with project teams to define quality expectations, documentation and deliverables Supporting risk reviews and FMEA to identify issues early and put robust plans in place Creating project-specific quality plans and ensuring they are followed throughout development Running quality reviews at key project gates and milestones Ensuring internal teams and suppliers are aligned to technical and compliance standards Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions when non-conformance occurs Owning documentation, traceability and verification evidence Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement across engineering and project teams What you ll need Experience working in a Quality or P
