Senior Python Developer - AI - Up to £110kOB are partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS start-up looking to hire a highly skilled Applied AI Engineer to their Product Engineering team. You will pioneer the development of complex applications leveraging GenAI models. This role focuses on using the latest AI tooling to build software that solves business problems, adds value to the product, and shapes the business AI roadmap.

Responsibilities

Pioneer development of complex applications leveraging GenAI models.

Build software using AI tooling to solve business problems and add value to the product.

Help shape the business AI roadmap through practical, production-ready solutions.

Key skills and experience

5+ years of experience, ideally in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment

Strong skills with Python and FastAPI

Cloud experience, ideally with AWS

Proficiency with LLMs, Pydantic, LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration tools

Computer Science/STEM background from a top-ranked university

Offer and working arrangements

Base salary of £80k-£110k

Exceptional equity and benefits package

Hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week required in a Central London office
