Maintenance Technician
As the Resident Engineering Technician you will provide a first line fix to all the company''s and third party products installed on site.The Resident Engineering Technician will also support continuous improvement activities, that underpin site performance and will uphold and maintain the company''s health and safety standards at all times.This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to progress their maintenance engineering career or make their first step into the maintenance of automated logistics equipment.The site run an early, days and nights shift pattern - Earlies 6am - 2pm, Days 2pm - 10pm, Nights 10pm - 6am, Monday to Friday. Then every 6th week you will work Tuesday to Saturday to cover weekend maintenance. What you''ll be handlingReactive and Preventative Maintenance activities of the automation equipment and third party products installed on siteSupport the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency ensuring that the customer''s orders are not missedComplete all necessary reports, inclusive of shift, maintenance tasks, spare parts usage and top loss, whilst working in DART and CMMS software platformsActively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on the supplied equipment and softwareComply to all current, future health and safety legislation at all timesProactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Proactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
