A Teaching Assistant s Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of subjects.Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups to help them reach their learning goals.Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and learning resources.Help maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.Support students with additional learning needs or EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers as required.Supervise students during lessons, transitions, and break times as needed.Promote good behaviour and encourage positive attitudes to learning.Build strong, respectful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular and enrichment activities.
