Audit and Accounts SeniorSalary: £45,000- £55,000 (depending on experience)Location: Tunbridge WellsEmployment Type: Full-timeReed Maidstone is delighted to be recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Senior on behalf of a well-established firm of chartered accountants located in Tunbridge Wells.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with audit managers to manage engagements from planning through to completion across a varied client base, including large corporates and not-for-profit organisations.Take a proactive role in leading audits, ensuring they are fully completed prior to manager and partner review.Prepare statutory accounts and oversee the work of junior staff in account preparation.Produce corporation tax computations (training available if required).Develop strong client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact.Demonstrate commercial awareness by identifying opportunities for fee growth.Keep abreast of current legislation and compliance requirements in audit and accounts.Mentor and support junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and offering guidance.Candidate Requirements:ACA or ACCA qualified.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in audit and accounts.A personable and practical leadership style.Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and complete tasks effectively.Up-to-date technical expertise, including awareness of recent industry changes.Proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting software.What''s on Offer:A competitive salary package, tailored
