You will be joining at a juncture of change, with MandA, system improvements, recruitment plans and new business wins on the horizon. This would suit someone used to a matrix structure but more than happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day accounting and operations.Your new role Reporting to the divisional CFO, you will be:Leading and mentoring a team of accountants across the UK, EMEA and further afield. Overseeing FPandA, accounting / control, revenue and transactional finance.You will be the right hand to the CFO, supporting across business planning, strategy and financial forecasting.Oversee the audit, technical accounting and statutory reporting of the groupManage the consolidated accounting for the group and provide insight and commentary to the executivesLead through the transition of a change in ownership structure / potential exitRecruit and develop a best-in-class finance teamAd hoc dutiesWhat you''ll need to succeed As a qualified accountant with several years'' experience operating as an FD / CFO, you will be happy overseeing the three pillars of accounting and, ideally, have exposure to a US business, reporting under US GAAP. You will be proficient on a range of systems, but most importantly SAP and SAP BFC. As a people manager you will have a track record of recruiting, inspi
