We are currently seeking experienced Driver's Mates to join a well-established logistics company based at Dartford Crossing, Kent.

£16.46 per hour

Working Hours

• Rotating shifts:
• Week 1: Monday to Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
• 6:00am start time

£16.46 per hour (Umbrella)

Can you reliably travel to Dartford Crossing for a 6:00am start?

The Role

As part of a two-person home delivery team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with home deliveries to customers' properties
• Completing approximately 30 deliveries per day
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Delivering products directly into customers' homes
• Ensuring the correct items are loaded onto vehicles
• Contacting customers with delivery updates and estimated arrival times
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Supporting drivers with daily delivery operations

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Driver's Mate
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
