Executive Assistant

Your new company
This business are pioneers in the pharmaceutical sphere with a history of centring the patient and promoting efficiency in the industry. Due to an internal change, they have recognised the need for an Executive Assistant to join their London-based team in supporting a member of their senior leadership. The position is to start asap on an interim basis with a view of converting to a permanent post later down the line.
Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within a business, this role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Diary management and appointment scheduling.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Attending and supporting the meeting logistics by preparing agendas, taking, and issuing minutes and following up on actions.
- Organising various internal and external meetings e.g., sourcing and booking venues.
- Acting as administrator for external conferences, liaising with venues, companies, vendors and customers.
- Developing effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Researching and sourcing materials for presentations as required.
What you''ll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within the private sector is a necessity for this role. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
