Associate Director

to join their Planning team in

Central London . Their expertise spans across residential, commercial, and public sector projects, where the team works closely with clients to navigate planning regulations and deliver successful outcomes. Planning Applications:

Prepare and manage planning applications, including site appraisals, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.Client Liaison:

Act as the primary contact for clients, providing expert advice on planning policies, strategies, and development opportunities.Project Management:

Oversee planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Policy Analysis:

Analyse and interpret planning policies, regulations, and guidelines to inform project strategies and recommendations.Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and foster positive relationships.Team Leadership:

Mentor junior planners and support their professional development through guidance and training.You will need:
