• Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including carpentry, Plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.

• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative within the social housing or property maintenance sector.
• NVQ qualification relevant to the trade.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently and utilise initiative when required.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
