10+ years'' experience in

commercial real estate development, regeneration, or investment advisory .Proven track record delivering or advising on

complex, place-based regeneration projects

in partnership with local authorities.Strong understanding of

public-private development models , viability assessments, and funding mechanisms (e.g. JV structures, institutional capital, levelling-up funds).Deep knowledge of

local government planning, land use policy, and economic development .Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.What\''s on Offer
