Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Family Support & Child Protection Team for the London Borough of Lambeth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage complex caseloads involving Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
* Undertake statutory assessments, including Section 47 investigations and risk assessments.
* Develop and implement effective care plans to safeguard children and support families.
* Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery.
* Prepare clear, analytical reports for court and statutory meetings.
* Chair and attend core group meetings, case conferences, and reviews.
* Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to a high-performing team environment.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements and local policies.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* -39.04 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years'' experience in children''s social care
* Strong experience within Child Protection and Family Support services
* Social Work England Registration
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
