You will play a vital role in preparing pupils for the challenges of Year 6 and beyond.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated Year 5 lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculumSupport pupils progress in reading, writing, maths, and SPaGPrepare pupils for Upper KS2 expectations, including readiness for SATs in Year 6Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentMonitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and targeted interventionsSupport children with a range of abilities, including those with SENPromote pupils confidence, resilience, and independenceBuild strong relationships
