Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

• Support learning through play in line with EYFS as an Early Years Practitioner
• Encourage social, emotional and communication development as an Early Years Practitioner
• Support early literacy and numeracy skills as an Early Years Practitioner
• Assist with care routines and safeguarding as an Early Years Practitioner
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents as an Early Years Practitioner

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner or in early years settings
• Understanding of EYFS and child development
• A nurturing and reliable approach as an Early Years Practitioner
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
