Our model has been successfully funded so far through a unique collective impact funding model across local and central government, schools and philanthropy, and we aim for a broader mix of funders who are committed to transforming their communities. As we embark on our second decade, we are ready for this next chapter: scaling our place-based model nationally and doubling our annual income from £8m to £16m+. To achieve this, we are now seeking an exceptional Director of Fundraising, who will help to design and drive a roadmap for a significant increase in philanthropy alongside the public sector engagement team. This is more than a fundraising role or a seat at the Executive Team table. It''s a chance to shape strategy, influence systems, and unlock the investment needed to transform outcomes for thousands more children and young people. It will therefore take an exceptional individual to
