You''ll be working closely with budget holders and operational managers, helping them understand performance, challenge assumptions and drive better decision-making across a varied portfolio of activities.If you enjoy partnering with non-financial stakeholders, thrive in a hands-on environment and want genuine ownership across month-end, reporting and forecasting - this could be for you.The RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, you''ll take responsibility for delivering timely, accurate management information and maintaining strong financial controls across the organisation Key responsibilities include:Full ownership of month-end processes (journals, accruals, prepayments, recharges, fixed assets)Preparation of monthly Management Accounts with meaningful commentary and variance analysisBudgeting and dynamic forecasting, partnering closely with budget holdersCashflow reporting and bank reconciliationsBalance sheet reconciliations with documented investigation of variancesKPI and project performance reporting (including analysis of overspends and operational metrics)Oversight of AP/AR processes, PO controls and credit card programmesPayroll review and integr
