Ensuring that all communications to the Service Desk, phone calls, and emails are answered promptly and in a professional and courteous mannerResponding to requests for support by identifying, logging and categorising incidentsResolve issues at first contact using standard operating procedures and knowledge baseTroubleshooting and resolving basic technical issuesProviding customers with regular updates and progression in line with Service Level TargetsRecording all actions and diagnostics performed in the Service Management ToolBuilding, installation and configuration of computer hardware and softwareEssential Skills and Experience

Exceptional customer service skills and telephone mannerSome experience of working on a service deskExperience working with 3rd party software/solution providersDesktop support experienceFamiliarity with laptop and desktop buildsActive Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)Office 365 Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)Laptop/PC diagnostics, upgrades and repairQualifications

No formal qualifications are required but it is important that you have some relevant technical skills and/or experience.Who You Are

37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri. Some occasional work at weekends and outside of normal hours may be required. Travel to customer sites may be required. This role requires a DBS and BPSS security checks.To Apply
